Website access and hosting

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting, delivery and security systems may process IP addresses, request paths and times, browser or device information, and response status to deliver pages, diagnose faults and address unusual access.

The website code adds no advertising or analytics scripts and does not store a language preference in your browser. A language choice may be included in an internal link. Hosting or security providers may use technical logs or necessary cookies for delivery and protection; we do not claim that all infrastructure is free of cookies or logs.

Email enquiries

Email is provided through Zoho. If you contact us, we receive your email address, name or other contact details you choose to provide, message content and attachments you send. These are used to respond, assess the request, follow up and address complaints or privacy requests.

Email links open your own email app; the webpage does not send a message for you. Please start with a non-sensitive brief and do not send passwords, identity documents, full payment card details or personal information you are not authorised to share.

Email systems and backups may retain earlier copies. Closing the webpage does not erase emails or logs; no immediate deletion or single fixed retention period is promised.

We use safeguards and access controls proportionate to the processing. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed absolutely secure. Limit the information you send to what is needed for the enquiry.
